Product returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused, sellable condition.
Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Refunds, for the price paid, will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit under your customer account.
Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit only.
“Bird Buck” coupons are non-refundable once redeemed.

Food items are non-returnable. The following items are FINAL SALE:

Damaged or defective items may be covered under the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. If you have a product that requires repair:

Please clean the product thoroughly and bring it to either store location.
Fill out a warranty repair form.
Leave the product with us. We will contact you once warranty eligibility has been determined.

Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 may be returned until January 15 of the following year, subject to our regular return conditions and exclusions.
Seasonal & Christmas Merchandise: Christmas-themed and seasonal holiday merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, but no later than December 6. All bird food products, including holiday-themed seed ornaments and other edible bird treats, remain FINAL SALE.
FINAL SALE: All seasonal holiday merchandise purchased after December 6 is FINAL SALE.
Seasonal holiday merchandise is excluded from our extended holiday return policy.

Applicable rights relating to damaged or defective products remain unaffected.
