Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused, sellable condition.
• The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit on your customer account.
• Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit only.
• "Bird Buck" coupons are non-refundable once redeemed.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Bird food and other food products
• Clearance items
• Earrings

Warranty Information

Many products may be covered under a manufacturer's limited warranty.

If you have a damaged or defective item that may qualify for warranty service:

1. Clean the product thoroughly.
2. Bring the item to either store location.
3. Complete a warranty repair form.
4. Leave the product with us for evaluation.

We will contact you once warranty eligibility has been determined.

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 may be returned until January 15 of the following year, provided they meet all other return policy requirements.
